Contact Sarah HERE

Sarah is a firm believer in the power of the therapeutic relationship and its ability to create positive change. She strives to create a warm and inviting environment for your self-exploration and growth and is eager to meet you and help you along your personal journey. Sarah uses an integrative approach of person-centered therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy and often incorporates humor and empathy into her sessions.  She treats clients holistically — mind, body, spirit — and believes that addressing all of these aspects are important in the healing process.

Sarah grew up overseas and has a passion for working with people of all backgrounds. Her time abroad informs her global perspective and has her ability to look at the broader context of people and their situations. She also is an avid reader and always curious about diverse perspectives.

Sarah holds the belief that therapy is challenging but rewarding and that client and therapist work together to create positive change.

Sarah is pursuing a Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at Loyola University and offers low fee, sliding scale counseling services for those who do not have insurance.
