Nicole’s passion for counseling began early in her life, and she always had a curiosity to better understand the intricacies of human behavior and emotions. While she began her journey as an elementary school teacher, she soon realized she wanted to assist in helping people heal and find happiness.
She is a neurodivergent-affirming counselor specializing in ADHD treatment. Drawing from her personal experiences and professional expertise, she provides a safe and understanding space where individuals can explore their unique neurodivergent identities and challenges.
In her work with individuals, she helps clients address a range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, grief and loss, and ADHD. She uses evidence-based practices to help clients develop the skills and strategies needed to live more fulfilling lives.
In her work with couples, she helps partners identify and address the underlying issues in their relationships, improve communication and intimacy, and build a stronger and more resilient partnership. She uses techniques such as the Gottman method and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help couples rebuild trust and connection.
She is passionate about helping her clients achieve their goals and live their best lives, and she believes that counseling can be a powerful tool for personal growth and transformation. Her approach to counseling is empathetic, non-judgmental, and client-centered. She believes that every individual and couple has unique strengths and abilities, and she works collaboratively with her clients to identify and leverage these strengths to overcome their challenges and achieve their goals.
